1.) Escorts - Models reserve the right  to bring an escort.  If bringing a escort, I would prefer it not to be a significant other.  Having them there can jeopardize a shoot.  I prefer that you bring a close friend, someone that can be there to fix stray hairs, etc..

2.) Alcohol - No alcohol is allowed on location under any circumstances. If you arrive at a session and one of my assistants or I feel that you are intoxicated the session will be cancelled immediately, forfeiting deposit if applicable. This pertains to both studio and location based sessions and also applies to your escort.

3.) Releases - All models are required to sign printed Model Release Forms either before or directly following a session based on the forms needed for that session.  Please email me for a copy of the releases.

• (Minor) Photographic Model Release - This form is required to be read and signed by parent or legal guardian of any models under the age of consent. This form must be brought to the session already signed or the session will be cancelled, no exceptions.

4.) Identification - All models must present a photo ID including date of birth prior to a session. Any model under of the age of consent must also then present a signed Minor Model Release or the session will be cancelled.

5.) Deposits - All sessions require a deposit prior to scheduling. TFP sessions require either a check or money order in the amount of $50 to schedule the session. Upon arrival at the session the check or money order will be handed back. Commissioned sessions require a 50% deposit to schedule the session with the remaining 50% to be paid upon arrival. If you will not be able to make it to your scheduled session, 24 hour notice is required to maintain your deposit, failure to provide notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

6.) Photographers Assistant - I reserve the right to have an assistant present at any and all photo sessions. The photography assistant serves several roles including lighting assistance, carrying equipment, general session logistics and to serve as my escort and second set of eyes when needed.

7.) References - Models, I will provide a full list of references upon request. For safety reasons, concerning my models, I do not make this list publicly available for download. If we are scheduling a TFP session I will ask for photographer references from you prior to scheduling the shoot.

8.) Hair & Makeup - Hair and makeup are to be done and ready at the scheduled appointment time. If you need to arrive at the studio ahead of time to get ready yourself or meet with a makeup artist that is perfectly fine. Any time taken for such items after the session has begun is only taking time away from creating images.

9.) Phones - Phones will be set too silent or vibrate once the session has begun. Voicemail can be checked and calls can be placed between sets but your attention needs to be on creating images while in front of the camera.

10.) Session Details - All details of a shoot will be discussed and agreed upon prior to beginning a session. A general layout of clothing choices, backdrops and props will be decided on. Model comfort levels will also be discussed, if you are not comfortable doing a specific style, angle, type of clothing, etc, let it be known prior to the shoot and do not shoot it, plain and simple. Your comfort is key to getting the best possible images from the session, if you are not comfortable for whatever reason DO NOT continue, we will change to what does suit you.

11.) Proofs / Images - All session proofs are provided via a private web page. Once you have viewed the images and made your selections, based upon the package you have chosen, I will begin editing and provide you with the final images. Images are provided in two formats, prints (at additional cost), which can be, sized to your specifications and 800 pixel web-ready size JPG files. At no point will I give out full size RAW images. All images are stored permanently on DVD for future orders if need be.  Expect anywhere from 3-5 days for the proofs to be ready and 2-3 weeks for final images.
